Set within a landscaped Essex parkland, the majestic Hedingham Castle, is the only medieval setting, for a castle wedding you should be considering. Its magnificent Norman keep, stands at about 110 feet high, and has dominated the local countryside for over 850 years.

It is now possible to hold your unique civil ceremony in the magnificent Banqueting Hall, whithin which the Earls of Oxford entertained their royal guests. The Banqueting Hall can seat upto sixty guests and a further twenty onlookers may watch the wedding ceremony from the minstrels' gallery above.

Health and safety is not somthing you should need to worry about on your special day, but if you are going to have gifts and marquee hire you may need to think about things such as portable appliance testing.
