Or you could fly into the remote and unspoilt kingdom of Bhutan that restricts the number of visitors to about 18000 a year allowing this gorgeous area hidden away in the foothills to the east of the Himalayasto preserve its rich and unique culture. Further round the Himalayas you can visit Tibet the original Shangri-La which is still a country veiled in mystery. With its beautiful Potala Palace, the capital of Lhasa can be visited between the months of June and September flying in from Kathmandu.
Wherever you go, in the huge continent that is India, you can indulge in snorkelling, white water rafting or make your way up river to the source of the mighty River Ganges. Alternatively you could visit the Taj Mahal or stay in a maharaja's palace or be pambered in an Ayurvedic health spa. And lets face it if I didn't mention the cuisine I would be overlooking a delicacy enjoyed by the world over. What better way to add a bit of spice to your Honeymoon.
